haiz.. todae is not a good dae for mi.. done tmx for so long never done admission b4 lo.. n todae i did tmx with calvin chin n so suay.. for both e first n last case got positive.. n it's strongly positive lo.. for e first case.. e patient was walking at 1 machine.. then i was prep-ing e 2nd patient @ e other machine inside.. then who noes.. when i prep until halfway.. i heard e dr asking e patient whether he got any symptoms.. then pat sae no.. then e dr goes on asking if he wans e pat to admit todae can anot.. cos he sae from e symptoms tat pat has normally n then from e ST depression nelevation during ex.. n the abnormal bp drop.. he suggest him to admit la.. then cath tml.. then i was like -_-.. sianz.. never do b4 admission b4 lei.. then after tat pat sae he still hav something to do then will be back to admit later.. so e dr keep insisting him to admit nw lo.. n u can imagine.. their conversation took ard 1hr like tat n then dr hav to call the pat's cosultant etc.. then i hav like 4 patients waiting lo.. plus one slot in from inpt.. then after tat pat insisted tat he will come back in the afternoon.. so dr let him sign the AOR form n ask mi to give him GTN.. n he is very nice.. he help mi to call to request for ward n write all dos forms n then all i jus need to do is to call the ambulance.. n then he very ruddening lo.. sae tat he do tmx for so long never kanna positive b4.... then i reply him saying tat i do tmx so long never kanna admission b4 lei.. then he sae our eight characters not match.. then next time he run tmx mus ask who is the tech... anger... but he quite nice la.. face red red one.. n not tat short oso.. not bad la.. somemore is the MO rep lo.. not bad la.. hehe.. n then the last pat oso quite pos.. then he sae lucky is from ward.. no need to admit... good la.. jus need to send back to ward can ald..
