finally.. one dae of unsuayness... todae was consider smooth sailing for mi... cath in the morning n HA plus abit of admin in the afternoon.. so in general.. it's still quite relax.. so as long as dun let mi do holt can le.. hehe.. got phobia on removing electrodes for patient.. next time shall ask them to remove themselves... haiz.. to dae went for the staff communication session.. jus like last time de SP director meeting session.. something similar.. n one conclusion.. it's quite boring.. and oso.. the cream puff is nice n watermelon are sweet.. haha.. other than tat.. feel like sleeping.. of ya.. todae to prevent 'xiao ren'.. i wear the elephant shirt to work.. hehe.. really hope to 'be xie' lo.. actually was thinking of wearing tat bright red colour de rabbit shirt.. but then too big le.. so shall stick to my elephant shirt..

i hav been suay from fri e 13 to todae lo.. firstly.. the sa ecg machine cannot be switched on when there is a patient n there is no other machines available to do sa ecg.. n patient hav been waiting for like 2hrs.. from 12 to 2like tat.. n oso one of the holt patient tat i remove.. this story is abit long.. next time u all see mi then ask mi ba.. here not very convenient to sae it out.. haiz.. jus hope tat i will not be so suay le.. n i'm think mi n holt are jinx to each other lo.. everytime i got some trouble is all related to this one..

firstly... wire bent incident..
secondly.. i'm cok eye until can't see got 3 s pause n the svt run..
thirdly.. patient quarrel cos of a slot outside the holt rm.. even wans to see the supervisor..
fourth.. this patient incident..

OMG!! why m i so suay.... i even went to the big temple beside the maxwell market todae to pray lo.. pray for my carreer.. hope tat it will be smooth sailing all the way..went with my bestfrien todae lo.. i drag her out to go with mi lo.. hehe.. the temple is very big.. but tat temple dun hav jossstick to offer to the buddha so got abit not get use to it.. maybe shd go to the bugis one again.. haha.. pray to guan yin niang niang n get some 'pin an fu' lo.. to protect mi from 'small ppl'.. n oso to get some flowers to bathe oso.. to get rid of all the unlucky things tat happen to mi.. haiz..

todae i had an exciting dae an exciting place again.. ok.. i was doing this case with my colleague.. i was the trainee so i was the one typing n observing the ecg and pressure all tat... n this patient was not tat old la.. ard 40plus like tat.. ok.. but he got alot of lesions in the arteries of the heart.. and so.. i was observing.. writing n looking at the x ray.. n then the dr was putting up the stent in the arteries and then was starting to open up.. n suddenly.. i saw the ecg become abit weird la... n then at first i tot was vt.. so i said irritable to the person inside.. n then.. oops.. the ppl inside didn't do anything to it.. n thus .. the so call 'vt' evolved into vf.. n so it was vf.. jus like hw pikachu evolved into raichu like tat.. so scary lo.. they shock the patient twice.. and i was the first time seeing this lo.. n i was quite stunned.. it was like inflating the stent halfway onli.. n oso the pressure did drop but unfortunately it drop in a very slow n steady manner.. until we think tat it's normal in some patient.. but the pressure drop in such steady manner until we overlook it.. haiz... n thus after this case.. mi n my colleague become super alert.. looking for all those abnormal ecg n pressure drop.. n announce to the dr if there is any abnormalities.. hehe..

yesterdae oso.. did one alert case for TT patient lo.. i think i'm oso the lucky one.. always kanna this type of things de.. ST down for the TT patient..

again.. my life is full of challenges.. think tat i might swim the the deep ocean soon

haiz.. todae is a bad dae for mi... todae de patient not good one.. onli noe hw to complain.. complain complain complain... SINGAPOREANS.... i think i will kanna complain lo... not onli patients.. doctors oso... think they very big meh.. they are onli MEDICAL OFFICERS.... still act like big stars like tat.. so dua pai... todae is not my dae....

todae nothing much happen in the morning la... but in the late morning... i was told tat i hav to go early lunch to cover cath!!! when i heard this sentence from norizan.... i was like huh?!...... am i going to swim soon!!! n i was traumatised n troubled... haiz... no energy to joke ard at nhc le.. until i hav my lunch.. i was thinking tat will i be tat LUCKY tat when i cover cath.. i will be doing IVUS or worse RIGHT HEART STUDY?? so scary.. then you ling jie jie like abit of scare mi leh.. she sae tat a.wong may like to do pressure wire... then when i heard this... i got nothing to say.. was in deep shock.. hehe.. but it's ok... when i reach there i noe wat m i going to do... n this shows tat i still dunno alot of things n may hav slack too much le.. haha... i hav decided to be a NERDY girl again.. haha... n soon enuff... when i reach there.. at first i was happi cos like no need to swim in the deep sea along.. cos doing with ljt ma.. but soon after.. ljt went to take over darly.. n i noe tat haiz... still hav to swim alone.. though i got a silver award in swimming.. but this is definitely not enuff to swim in the deep blue sea.. hav a high tendency tat i might drown.. n the worse case is tat i doing PROF KOH case.. PROF!!!! first time swimming onli kanna PROF le... haiz.. so hav to be more alert.. hehe... but lucky it's onli cath.. no ptca.. so.. in the end.. i still survive.. haha...

n hor todae cath got GV lo.. so i 4.30 de.. cannot go home earlier than tat.. hav to act act.. but tat 4.20 like tat.. she ask mi to go home lo.. so good.. then she n meiling work together.. hehe.. happie working...

todae is definitely not a gd dae for mi.. or i shd sae not smooth sailing for mi throughout... ok.. first.. i went to help out my colleague to dl some ecg stuffs.. n the first dl-ing tat i got was an alert case -_-".. so sianz.. tat time oso lo.. ok.. alert case nvm.. somemore tat dr still wans mi to admit the patient lo... 'qing tian pi li'.. i never admit a patient b4.. n somemore a holter patient.. OMG!!!! n so i went to get help.. SOS... n then help to trace casesheet n all those.. by right i shd be the one doing the admission case.. but my patient came ald n thus i leave it to another colleague of mine.. thank goodness.. lucky she got help mi settle lo.. if not i will be in a complete loss.... ok.. then after tat in the morning.. it's still ok...

in the afternoon.. i was doing admin.. got so much to clear until i knock off le still got some stuffs left to do lo.. n when i do TT.. i got one patient tat has slight ST depression.. then i tot.. not again?! another alert...but lucky mama lay hoon sae it's onli slight depression so not need to alert.. n the symptoms tat the patient give does not really corelate to the ecg?? so at the end i didn't alert.. n when i do admin until halfway.. boss came in n ask mi to go to one place to see the holter VIP patient de leads still intact anot.. then i was like.. wow biang!! but in the end.. again.. i didn't go.. mama layhoon went instead.. she was very funny... i told her tat boss wan her to go instead n got car waiting for her downstairs ald.. then she sae.. wow.. again... i never put any makeup.. yesterdae go ald todae still go... then i was like i help her get the controller.. n then the card for dl-ing.. n when i came back.. she has ald put up her lip stick!! so efficient.. hehe.. but lucky got her... if not i will be like -_-"...........

finally.. my long awaited 2days of AL has arrived.. shall slack at home to recharge my batt n to welcome all the challenges tat is waiting for mi after my AL.. so everyone who wans to date mi are welcome.. i'm very free these 2 daes.. hehe.. first come first serve.. haha
